Here at fishwitz we support our employees by fostering a supportive atmosphere of support. We encourage meaningful interpersonal conversations and mutual beneficial offline networks. To this end we budget a generous sum to provide a place to brake from headdown focus time and be available to all our non remote employees and we suggest that our remote employees dedicate some space in their remote locations to non-business related off focus time. Called a Brake Room we suggest inspiring signs should be posted to help uplift and inspire. It might say something like this:
